Trask River Fishing Report

finally got a sunny day on the river! hit it early and it paid off big! caught 5 bass, biggest one was 4lb. used soft plastics, they were hungry. can’t wait for the next sunny day!

back to the Trask in the rain, caught a couple big ones today! 2 steelhead at 8lbs each, got em on side-drifting with yarn. weather was wet, but man, the fish were biting good!

cloudy day on the Trask, didn’t expect much but wow! caught 4 nice rainbow trout, all around 1-2lbs. used some powerbait and they were hittin it hard. pumped for the next trip!

man today was wet, like pouring rain! still managed to catch my first steelhead! it was 5lbs and i’m over the moon! was using a pink jig, worked like a charm. wet feet but worth it.

hit the river on a patchy rainy day. not too much action but did land a couple of small trout. 2 on a corky and 1 on a worm. the water’s up a bit, maybe that’s why? still a great day on the water!
