Polaris Supreme Trip Report 10-25-2019 We spent the day looking for yellowtail and only tied into a few. Truthfully most the day was spent dodging wind. Our ride was good but we had some serious offshore Santa Ana conditions. Will be spending all day tomorrow traveling up to San Diego it looks like it's going to be great weather. Will be into the dock on Sunday morning and be doing 17 days of boat work before we head back out again for eight days on November 14. Thanks for tuning in to see you then. The Polaris Supreme Crew!

Our full day trip was turned into a 1/2 day trip due to rough seas. We did however get a couple of good shots and ended with 28 yellowtail. Looking forward to spending an entire day on the grounds tomorrow.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 08-11-2016 Hello Everyone, Today we departed on our annual Ron Heil 5 day. The longest running charter on the Polaris Supreme! We are excited and proud to keep the tradition going. We cleared the point today at 1 pm headed south in search of fish willing and eager to bite. We will be in the zone tomorrow. Drew Henderson docked Polaris Supreme June 11 after a three-day trip. He fished offshore kelp paddies to find a good catch of small yellowtail, a bluefin tuna and an albacore. Dale Goss of Lakewood got the bluefin and first place, as his tuna weighed 31 pounds. He enticed it with a sardine on a 2/0 Hayabusa hook. He fished with 30-pound Big Game line, a Daiwa H 40 reel and a seven-foot Sabre rod. Manvel Miuasyan of Van Nuys was second, for a 21-pound yellowtail, and Scott Tucker of Riverside was third, for a 17-pound yellow. Josh Evans of San Francisco got the albie. He trolled a cedar plug in natural wood color to land his longfin.

Hello Everyone, Today we had a great day of fishing on 20-40 lb Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna. With a few 70 lbers mixed in. The style is awesome, long drifts keeping 1-4 going for hours at a time. We are loving the grade of the fish and that they are biting consistently. We are in tomorrow and leave on an 8 day. It will be nice fishing south for a nice change of scenery. Captain Ryan Bostian called in with the Coronado Island Report. We have had phenomenal fishing at the Coronado Islands for the past week now. Yesterday we had 217 Yellowtail 12 to 28 all of them the nice grade fish. Today we had 123 Yellowtail mixed grade. We had 90% good grade and 10% smaller grade. They are biting the fly-lined baits really well. They are also biting the Yo-yo really good too. Come on down to Seaforth Sportfishing and go fishing with us.
