fished Steinhatchee today with the boys, kinda hot out there, 32 degrees and we had some thundery clouds rolling in. the water was real calm tho, just a light breeze. we launched around 7 am to beat the heat and I was using my trusty old live shrimp on a jig head. ended up with 5 nice trout, biggest was like 22 inches. we had a couple of smaller ones too. lost a big one when it wrapped around some weeds, man that hurt! overall a chill day on the water, perfect for catching some fish. hoping the storms hold off till we get back! cheers
