visited show low lake on may 26th, the temps were nice and warm. caught a bunch of sunfish, nothing too big but they were fun! used a light tackle setup just to keep it exciting. great day to chill and fish with my buddies, good vibes all around!
went back to show low again on the 20th! the weather was perfect, just a little wind. got a couple nice rainbows, all around 1.5 to 2lbs. used some garlic powerbait and it worked wonders! just a relaxing day out there, loved every second!
went out on the 19th, the weather was beautiful but super windy again. the fish were a bit shy but finally caught a nice 3lb bass on a crankbait. took me a while to figure out where they were hiding, but man it was worth it! sunny and fun!
fishing was slow today at show low lake on the 18th. but managed to snag a decent 2.5lb trout on a spinner. the wind was a bit gnarly tho, made it hard to stay in one spot. but the vibe was chill, just me, my rod, and nature, can’t complain too much!
hit the lake on may 16th, weather was nice but man was it windy! caught a couple bass on my trusty green pumpkin senko. wind made it tough to cast but hey, it adds to the thrill right? got a 4lb and a 3lb. took some time to admire the scenery, just beautiful!
