fished today on the potomac, it was chilly and super windy. only managed to reel in 1 small bass but the scenery was worth it. brought a thermos of coffee, so not a total loss!
partly cloudy day, great temp! caught 6 bass, biggest was over 5lbs! flipping jigs around the cover was clutch. best day of the year so far, what a thrill!
went out on a cloudy day, little sprinkly but it was nice. caught 2 bass, both around 2lbs each. they were chillin near the logs. crankbait did the trick. feeling good!
man it poured today! didn’t think i would catch anything but got lucky with a 3.5 lb bass right before the storm hit. used a green worm, they were hungry! gotta love fishing in the rain sometimes.
hit the river this afternoon, had some patchy rain. thought it would scare the fish but ended up with 5 nice ones! spinnerbaits worked well today. was a fun time despite the weather.
