finally got out again, managed to hit pewaukee on an overcast morning. temp at 10.7c, pretty breezy but i found some sheltered spots. hooked a decent walleye, probably 3lbs! used a jig n minnow, gotta go back soon. what a rush!
weather was super overcast, barely caught anything, just a tiny rock bass. my buddy had the same luck. maybe it’s the wind? just one of those days i guess. but hey still great to be on the water, right?
fished in the overcast again, temp was a bit chilly at around 9.8c. didn't catch anything big tho, just a bunch of little guys. trying different lures but no luck today. still nice to be out tho, just gonna keep at it!
took the kayak out in the overcast today, not the best day for fishing! water was low and they were just not biting. managed to snag a couple of tiny sunfish but i'm definitely going back once the sun comes out again.
Hit the lake today, partly cloudy skies with a stiff breeze. used my old trusty bobber and worms, got skunked for a while but then boom! caught a nice little bass. just under 2lbs but hey, it kept me entertained for a bit!
