finally a nice overcast day with chill vibes at petenwell! caught a few bass and some decent walleye. used a deep-diving crankbait near the drop-offs. the bite was on point! relaxing day overall, can't wait to go again!
today was rough with the moderate rain all day. just me and my buddy out there trying to catch something. we managed a few trout, but nothing impressive. wind was blowing like crazy, but we laughed it off. next time i want sun!
another day of patchy rain, but i went out anyway. got skunked on the big fish, but had a few nibbles. it’s tough out here! switched to the old reliable spinner and at least managed a couple small perch. hope for better weather next time
heavy rain hit hard today, but I still took the chance. ugh, what a mistake, haha. got wet and only caught one small fish, but it was fun in a weird way. wind was wild, had to hold onto my hat! def need better rain gear next time
what a beautiful sunny day! went to petenwell and caught a ton of bluegill, they’re everywhere! i was using a bobber with worms. temps were nice too around 15°C. good times with the buddys, just chilling by the water
