had such a spooky vibe at the lake with all that fog! couldn’t see much but ended up catching a few nice crappies! used some bright lures to stand out. caught my biggest one ever! what a thrill!

seriously, it poured today! i struggled but somehow brought in a 2 lb. bass while dodging the rain! tough day but worth it to be out. just me, the fish, and the storm. better luck next time for sure!

rainy day at the lake today. only caught a couple of little bluegill, but we had a good time regardless. packed up early cause it was getting COLD. hope to hit it again when weather’s better.

whew just got soaked at perry lake! started fishing before the rain hit, got some nice bites, but then boom heavy showers! still managed to reel in a decent catfish before calling it a day. lesson learned: always check the weather!

went out again today but the wind was NO JOKE. it was gusty and tricky! caught a few smaller bass but nothing huge. tried some new lures, but they just weren’t getting the job done today. still fun tho!
