Pecos River Fishing Report

overcast skies but didn’t stop the bite today! caught several little bass, nothing huge but fun. used a topwater lure and they were biting on it. that moment when you see them jump is just the best! wind was strong sometimes and kinda gave me a workout!

crazy hot today at the river! got there early and caught a nice 5 lb catfish on a bobber rig. just chillin in the shade, drinking cold drinks. wind was wild tho, but made it kinda fun. left with a good story and a fish fry coming up!

tried my luck at pecos again, light rain but felt like it helped the fish to bite! managed to land a nice 3 lb trout on a spinner. my buddy caught a couple too! good vibes, good catch. can’t wait to go back when it's sunnier again!

went out for a quick fishin trip, weather was a little shaky, rain was on and off. didn’t catch much, just a couple of small trout. drifted some nightcrawlers, wasn’t the best day honestly. but hey, it’s fishing right? got soaked but still had fun

hit up the river this morning, just me and my dog. not as much action today but had a couple bites. water was pretty cool, could feel the wind pickin up. used a jig and some live worms. managed to catch a small bass, around a pound. always a good time on the water tho!
