went out again today, thunder in the distance! caught a couple nice bass before the storm hit. they were biting on topwater! felt great until the skies opened up, had to skedaddle. still a memorable morning though!
heavy rain today, didn't expect much but we got lucky! landed a hefty catfish, probably close to 8lbs. used some stinky bait, haha! the rain really kept the crowds away so we had our own little spot. loved it!
man, it poured today at pathfinder! but we braved the rain and ended up with a couple decent rainbow trout, around 3lbs each. used some trolling gear. wind was strong but fish were biting like crazy in the storm! epic adventure.
went to pathfinder today, pretty dreary weather. rain off and on but still managed to snag a nice 5lb pike! used a spinnerbait, could feel them biting even in the bad weather. we were soaked but it was worth it for that catch!
partly cloudy but warm, hit the reservoir early. got 5 bass total, biggest was a solid 6lbs! used a black and blue jig, they were hitting hard. lost one right at the boat, heartbreaker. overall pretty awesome day of fishing!
