finally a bit of sunshine peeking through the clouds! got out late in the afternoon and scored 2 nice pike, both around 4lbs. threw out my favorite crankbait and they just couldn’t resist. was feeling pretty good til the wind picked up – lotta fun!
foggy day on the lake, caught a few decent fish! started the day late, and it was super calm. used some live bait and got lucky with a 6lb bass, what a fight! really enjoyed the peaceful vibes out there even if I didn’t get a ton. can’t wait to go again!
fishing in thick fog today was an adventure! used jigs and finally landed a couple of nice rainy day trout. couldn't see much but the bites were there. the morning was a little cold but warmed up later. fog made it eerie but cool at the same time, loved it!
another overcast day at otsego! I couldn’t feel my fingers half the time and the fish weren’t biting much. only caught a small perch, but I did see some nice bass swimming around. bringing my warmer gear next time for sure. just chill watching the lake tho!
overcast and windy today, but still hit the lake. ended up with a couple of nice bass, 2 around 3lbs each. tried some topwater lures early morning, that was fun! caught the last one just before sunset, felt good to get out there. wind was crazy tho!
