fished Oconomowoc on May 28, heavy rain made it tough. only got a couple bites but nothing to brag about. my buddy and i just chilled in the boat and waited it out, sometimes the experience counts more than the catch!
May 10, sunny again! went out with the fam, light wind made it easy to cast. caught a big ole catfish, over 6 lbs for sure! he put up a fight lol, made my day for real. bringing more friends next time!
got lucky on May 9th, sunny day, fished with my buddy. we both got into some nice crappies, about 5 each! used minnows under a float, super chill day out there, great vibes
was partly cloudy on the 7th, perfect fishing weather! caught a bunch of those pesky bluegills, but man, they sure were fun to reel in. used a simple bobber rig, felt like a kid again. can't wait to go back
hit the lake on May 6, patchy rain was annoying but we pushed through. I brought my spinning rod and tried some topwater lures, surprisingly hooked a nice 3 lb bass! rain eventually cleared up, all in all, not a bad day
