may 22, another day of patchy rain but decided to hit up noxon again. found a good spot and this time I caught a couple of nice crappies! used a jig under a bobber, they were hungry today! it was a good way to wrap up the week, feeling lucky!
fished at noxon on may 21, had some patchy rain but we went out anyway. didn’t catch much, only a pesky little bluegill. it was still fun tho, brought my camping gear and made a day out of it! sometimes it’s not just about the fish, you know.
may 14 was a wet one! but I braved the rain at noxon reservoir and got lucky. caught 3 nice trout, about 3lbs each. was using a green powerbait, couldn't believe how much they liked it even with the weather being so gloomy. felt like the fishing gods were smiling on me today!
What a rainy day on may 11! But guess what? Still caught some cool fish! I took my rain gear and it paid off. We landed a nice 5 lb pike using a vibrant spinnerbait. the rain didn’t stop us from having fun! Best part was having the lake mostly to ourselves.
fished at noxon on may 10, overcast and kinda humid, it felt great tho! managed to reel in 4 bass all around 4lbs! used a dark colored crankbait, they couldn't resist it. had a blast and even had time to take some pics of the scenery! nature is wicked beautiful here.
