sunny day at navajo lake again! finally a break from the rain. I caught a few nice smallmouths, biggest was 4lbs! used a soft plastic worm and it worked like a charm. felt like a great day to be out, def gonna come back soon!

partly cloudy today, good weather. got 5 nice trout, about 1.5 lbs each. they were biting on powerbait near the inlet. saw some other anglers catching too! navajo lake is coming alive, feels like spring fishing is really kicking off!

fishing was kinda slow today but i did hook a nice 3lb bass! used a buzzbait in the early morning. a lil' rain didn’t stop me, fish still gotta eat. had a couple more bites too, so maybe they're warming up. heading back tomorrow!

back at navajo lake and it rained again! only got skunked, couldn’t even get a nibble. brought my favorite crankbaits but no luck. oh well, sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. at least the scenery was nice!

man, what a soggy day! the rain didn’t let up, but i managed to land 2 walleye. both were around 18 inches. wasn’t easy though, the wind was gusting a bit. used jigs with worms and found them near the rocks. gotta love spring fishing!
