hey everyone! fished off nantucket today and it was a bit gloomy but actually pretty nice. the overcast helped with the heat, temp was around 23°C. caught a few really nice stripers – biggest was about 28 inches, almost 10 lbs! used a soft plastic paddle tail in a shad color. they were hitting good near the rocks as the tide was coming in. even had a couple of blues mixed in which was a fun surprise. the wind picked up a bit, around 21 km/h, but it didn't bother us too much. ended the day with a few cold drinks on the boat, what more could you ask for? happy fishing, folks! 🎣
