Captain Ryan Bostian called in this afternoon with an audio wrap-up for today’s trip at the Coronado Islands. Our final count is 109 Yellowtail and 35 Calico Bass for 33 anglers. Excellent fishing today at the Coronado Islands. Fly-lined Sardines and Surface Iron worked well. Just cast on the boil. Come on our and fish on the San Diego.

RECENT NEWS!!! I WILL BE PUTTING SOME MORE OPEN PARTY TRIPS ON THE APOLLO. These trips will be limited to only 20 people. Can you imagine a boat like the Apollo with only 20 people or less every day. Hello Everyone, We had a nice day of travel today. Mainly rigged up and took care of some chores. The guys were able to wet a line once today on a single kelp. There was a lot of Dorado on the kelp but none wanted to bite. However we did land a nice Yellowtail. We will be on the hunt for more Yellows in the morning. Will report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

Today was like yesterday but we didn't see the schools. We saw some in the morning but they wouldn't bite again. When mid morning came. the wind picked up and the rain started pouring off and on for the rest of the day. When the weather came up the fish went down. Very poor for the entire fleet. We'll be dockside in the morning departing on the last short trip of the year. 5 days.

Captain Ryan Bostian called in late last night with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in San Diego, CA. We have been fishing offshore the last four trips. Four days ago we had 44 Yellowfin Tuna Then we had 27 Yellowfin Tuna Yesterday we had 7 Yellowfin Tuna Then today we had 44 Yellowfin Tuna Decent fishing. There is a lot of fish around. What is working 20 pound mono with 20 fluro. We also recommend having a a 30 or 40 pound outfit ready to go also. We are using size one or two live bait hooks, small poppers and flat fall jigs are also working. We are scheduled fishing Offshore tomorrow and Wednesday. Then we have 3 charters in a row but will be back OPEN PARTY .

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 08-02-2019 We did not do any fishing today, strictly a travel day. We woke up well south of the yellowtail Dorado kelp patty zone for the local fleet. Whether traveling down is great this morning. I would not want to be going the other way it looks down right crappy. The boys just rig tackle chowed down on some great food by Roger and did some serious napping. Oh yeah and there was quite the poker game. We will be fishing tomorrow and hopefully have some great reports. The Polaris supreme crew!
