what a fantastic day! blue skies and sunshine at loon lake. I went out early and caught 4 big bass, all over 3lbs using topwater lures. it was like they were waiting for me! can’t wait to go back again soon.

finally got a break in the rain! sunny day at loon lake. the fish were active, caught a bunch of panfish on bobbers with live bait. even saw a couple bigger ones jumping! best day I’ve had in a while, feeling stoked!

patchy rain today but I decided to go anyway and it paid off! I landed a hefty 5lb walleye by the dam using a crankbait. the water was murky but the fish were biting. don’t let the weather hold you back!

man it was cold today! fishing was slow, but I managed to snag a nice size catfish on a jig. saw a few others catching some trout too. overall not bad, just wet and chilly! headed home early though.

another rainy day at loon lake. caught a couple of small bass while trolling with cranks. wind picked up later in the day, but nothing too wild. just one of those days where ya gotta keep your head up!
