π€ Derekwent back on the 24th, saw some patchy rain but couldnβt resist! caught a few bluegills with my ultralight setup, they were fun! used a small jig, just casting near the reeds. even had a little rainbow appear, made the day feel magical

π€ Mollyfishing on the 22nd was tough! cloudy and cold, didnβt catch much. only a few small fish and they were so skittish. tried minnows but they werenβt having it. oh well, enjoyed the peaceful vibe at least, just me and my thoughts

π€ Natehad a blast on May 11, perfect sunny weather! got a nice 6 pounder using a topwater popper, best strike I've had in ages. it was like the fish were having a feeding frenzy! we even grilled some later, fresh caught and delish!

π€ Jennafinally a sunny day on the 10th, woohoo! went early and caught two 5lb largemouths! used my favorite jig and watermelon color. the fight was insane, especially on a light rod. got a nice tan too, what a great day!

π€ Rickyhit the lake again today despite the rain, gear got drenched but I got lucky with 3 nice bass! they were hanging near the lily pads so I threw a topwater frog out there. they smashed it! best feeling ever. felt more like a wet dog than a fisherman tho haha
