Capt Ryan Bostain checked in from the San Diego the 3/4 day boat out Seaforth Sportfishing, we just finished up our second trip of the year. And boy was it a good one, we had Mexican limits of 110 Yellowtail for our 22 anglers. Most fish were caught on the yoyo jig, we did get some on the surface irio but you had to wotk hard for the surface bite. Hello Everyone, Today we spent the afternoon looking for this northern tuna. We were able to find a few schools and random fish marks that did not want to bite and only equated to only a hand full of strikes. After an afternoon of trying until the early evening we eventually had to call it a trip and start heading up to San Diego. We would like to thank Mark Costello for both spending his birthday with us and putting together another great charter! We cant wait till next year! our ETA is 5 am tomorrow. Team Supreme

Captain Ryan Bostian called in tonight with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in San Diego. Today we had a light load of 12 anglers. We decided to move offshore and we had a very good day. We ended up with 60 Yellowtail (LIMITS). We also saw a spot of Bluefin Tuna. But we did not hook one.

If you want to come out with us bring a 25 to 30 pound bait rod. Also bring 40, 50, or 60 pound outfit for Bluefin Tuna. It was about this time last year that we started seeing those nice big Bluefin Tuna.

Friday, May 4th, 2012

Hi friends. Sorry about the lack of reports lately. We've been off the past couple of days as the weather put a delay in our final coat of gloss on the hull and with a break in the weather yesterday, the final coat was applied and it looks terrific. You can shave by looking at the boat and seeing yourself in the reflection. I'll send some photos when all the scaffolding is broken down and trucked away to show you some good shots at how good it looks. As for today, we proceeded back tour normal schedule of 0700 to 1600 hours and we're back to grinding and sanding. Our final major paint projects include the "bus stop", engine room hatch, bait tank and throwing new rock and painting the deck. With all hope, we should be back in the water sometime next week. Cross your fingers!

So that is all. Seeing that we've had the past couple of days off, we'll be working tomorrow to get everything set up to have the Strontium coat applied on monday to the bait tank, bus stop, and engine room access hatch. Hopefully, it won't be too long of day and we'll be able to arrive home in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We'll chat with you sometime in the next couple of days and enjoy your weekend.

Capt Ryan from the San Diego from their 3/4 day trip as Capt Tarro to report they caught 82 Yellowtail for the day. If your headed down south make sure to bring all your Yellowtail gear, bring a flyline rig, yoyo rig and a surface iron rig. As of right now we have a small load for tomorrow and we are are go, so come on down and get in on this action.

151 yellowfin 7 skipjack. Nice weather, steady action, and lots of laughs. Please remember that fishing is supposed to be fun. Egos are best left at the dock.

We departed yesterday on a 3 Day open group of some Fun looking regulars and new folks. We have had to go way farther than normal to get to good fishable country but we are scratching away today. Weather is great and we are having fun. Polaris Supreme Crew.
