went to somerville on may 22, beautiful overcast day. managed to catch a few sunfish, nothing huge but fun fight! used a light tackle setup which made it even more exciting. chill vibes by the shore, can’t complain about a day like this!
may 13 was overcast but hot, perfect for fishin! got 5 nice channel catfish, all around 2-4 lbs. used stinkbait and it was killer! had a great time out there. the water was a bit murky but they were still biting. can’t get enough of these days!
it rained on and off on may 10 but still gave it a shot. only caught 2 small bluegills but hey, sometimes you just gotta get out there! had my trusty old rod with me and tried some different spots. not my best day but better than sittin at home!
went out on may 9th, had some light rain but it didn’t stop us. caught one decent largemouth, about 3 lbs. used a worm on a drop shot rig. lots of nibbles but not as much action as i hoped. still had a blast chillin by the water!
overcast skies on may 7th, but it was still a great day fishin! got 4 bass, biggest was 4 lbs. used some black & blue spinnerbaits. they were biting good near the shaded spots. the weather was cool, just perfect for fishin. cant wait to go again!
