Lake Puckaway Fishing Report

another rainy day on the lake! went out just to feel the vibes and ended up with only a couple small fish. the wind was bad but i had to try. had my favorite rod with me, the one with the baitcaster. it's all about having fun, right?

man, today was rough. heavy rain and the temp dropped a lot. only caught a few little perch. tried to stick it out but the wind was brutal and i was freezing. i called it a day early, but at least i got outside for a bit. gotta love lake puckaway!

almost got blown off the lake today! crazy wind but i still managed to catch a nice bass around 4lbs. i used a black spinnerbait and it still worked even with the rain coming down. the water temp felt nice tho, so it was worth it. gotta keep at it!

ugh it rained all day today. i honestly thought about not going out but i couldn't resist. ended up getting a couple nice smallmouths using a topwater lure. but man, the wind was insane, had to hold on to the rod just to keep it steady! still, fishing in the rain has its perks, less people around lol!

fishing was kinda slow today with some rain but got lucky and hooked a nice walleye! around 3.5 lbs. caught it using a bright green jig, worked well in the shallows. hope the weather clears up soon tho, it's a bummer to be out here in the rain!
