Lake Nokomis Fishing Report

went fishing at lake nokomis today, was a bit drizzly but just a patchy rain... temp was a cool 14C. got a few bites but only landed a couple small crappies. still nice to be out, and the rain kept things quiet. brings a lil peace, ya know? let's hope for better weather next trip! 🌧️

had a cloudy day at nokomis, not much action. temp was around 10C. managed to snag a couple small perch but nothing great. wind was light tho, so it was kinda nice just being out there. brought snacks which helped lol. better luck next time, fingers crossed!

fished nokomis in the rain today... kinda dreary and cold, only about 9.5C. caught one decent trout but it was a struggle with the wind at 27km/h. tried to keep my line steady but man, it was tough. still, I love the challenge! better than sitting at home, right? 😜

went back to nokomis today, it was super sunny and warm, around 23C. i fished for a few hours and got a nice bluegill – small but tasty! was using a jig and it worked really well. the water felt nice and the park was pretty busy today. really enjoyed it! feeling zen out there.

yesterday was epic! hit lake nokomis at sunrise, which was just breathtaking. caught 5 bass, biggest was maybe 5 lbs. water was warm, and I tried a topwater lure which got them goin. the wind picked up later, but honestly, it was a fun day. got sunburned tho, man I gotta remember sunscreen!
