light rain today but i still had a good time! hooked a couple of nice spots on a crankbait, maybe 3lbs each. felt like they were biting better with the rain, or maybe just me being lucky! lookin forward to the next trip!
overcast day but still had some decent luck. caught a few small bass and a couple of nice bluegills. used my spinning rod with light tackle, felt great! just love the chill vibes on Lanier, rain or shine.
sun was shining today, managed to snag a few crappies and a bass! was using silver minnows and just casting near the docks. had a blast, felt great to finally get a good catch after a slow week. Bring on the weekend!
today was awesome! had some clouds and a bit of wind but I caught 5 stripers, all between 3-5lbs! using live shad was the ticket. had a couple good fights, felt alive out there! it’s a good day to be on Lanier!
was a wet one today on the lake. heavy rain made it tricky but I got a nice 4lb large mouth on a topwater frog. had to work for it but it was worth it! went home soaked but happy. hope the rain lets up for tomorrow
