One sweep of the sonar may change your life just like it did for our group today. 85 yellowfin tuna, 15 bluefin tuna, 30 skipjack tuna, 65 yellowtail (not tuna).

Hello Apollo Anglers:

We have a two day trip that has some spots available. The trip departs Sunday the 9th of September at 9 p.m. fishing the 10th and 11th. and returns on the evening of the 11th. This two day is limited to 20 people. Cost is $510 per person and includes food and permits.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 11-11-16 Today we are going to start out our report by telling Carla Studley that her husband Tom Studley would like to tell her he loves her and has been happy to have been married to her for so many wonderful years. Happy Anniversary Carla and Tom! After writing that last sentence I just found out that Mark and Eve on board are having an anniversary today! Congratulations to you two also! Well on to fishing. I don't know where they came from I'm glad they did we just had a great day Wahoo fishing! What a great place to celebrate your anniversary for Mark and Eve catching Wahoo on board the Polaris supreme! At least you get the benefit at home Carla with Wahoo tacos Wahoo Almond Dean and what ever delicious dish you can come up with. We have great weather and are having a fantastic time out here we are hoping the Wahoo are going to stick around inside here like they were today, that would be fantastic to do this two days in a row! Hello everyone, Today we departed on our Hess 8 day charter. With a nice load of bait we are headed south. Our 8 day charter this year is a celebration of life and dedication to Shane Maynard who we lost September 13 and Bob Snyder who passed away may 30th both were the type of friend everyone should be: fun, honest, generous, and humble. Neither wanted to be the center of attention, but always the rock, dependable, reliable, solid. Both loved our trip as a highlight of the year. Part of them will always be on the Supreme. Sadly missed but never forgotten. Our love to Shelly and Diane. Will report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

Hi friends. Back at it today and it was a pretty good day of boatwork. Well, as good as a day of boatwork could be. We shifted our cleaning and organizing efforts to the wheelhouse today. In all honesty, it looks beautiful. Everything is neatly placed in it's correct spot and it's easy to locate and get access too. But in all honesty, in about two months, it's probably going to look exactly how it did before we cleaned it up. But, that's how it is on a boat. Things get thrown around in the heat of an on-water emergency and roll around during rough seas. For now, it's looking good. Speaking of looking good, our friend Stanley Steamer payed the boat a visit today and our carpets got a nice cleaning as well. All in all, a fine day of boatwork and we're one day closer to our first trip on Saturday.

Projects for tomorrow include: some refrigeration maintenance, some A/C work, more cleaning and organizing and we'll take a ride to the fuel dock to change oil and fuel filters, take on more oil and fuel and take a little boat ride about San Diego Bay and see how things are running while we're underway. We'll chat with you tomorrow.

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in a few minutes ago with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay. We have been fishing the Coronado Islands recently with light loads. Today we had very good fishing. We had 11 anglers catch 28 Yellowtail. The fishing offshore has been tough!
