lake eufaula alabama Fishing Report 2025

went out again on eufaula, caught some good fish! overcast skies but still warm enough. used a popper and they were hitting it like crazy! most enjoyable day, can’t wait to go back.

hit the lake again, but man it was overcast all day. still caught a bunch of crappies! had a good rhythm going with the jigs. nothing huge but fun fishing with friends. we laughed a lot, that's what it’s about!

dodged some rain today but still managed to get a few bites. caught 2 nice bass, really nice size! fished with a spinnerbait. wind was picking up, made it a lil tricky, but we got it done!

fished eufaula again, weather was perfect! cloudy and warm. hooked this massive catfish, weighed like 10lbs. my hands were all slimy! used chicken liver for bait. so much fun, gotta do this more often.

wow what a day! we got hit with some heavy rain while fishing, was soaked but it was worth it. caught a couple of nice stripers, around 5lbs each. used a crankbait, they were definitely biting hard in that storm!
