rain again today! got soaked but the fish were biting! hooked into a big walleye around 6lbs on a crankbait. was a struggle against the wind but totally worth it! can’t wait for the next trip.
overcast and a bit windy but i love days like this! landed a few nice smallmouths; biggest was around 5lbs. jigging with soft plastics did the trick. felt good to be out even if the weather wasn't perfect.
patchy rainsoak today but we pushed through it. ended up catching some decent pike, around 3-4lbs each. used my trusty spinnerbaits, they were hittin! felt great to be out even with the drizzle.
cloudy day out on the lake, brought the kids and we had a blast! few bluegills here and there, nothing too big but they had fun reelin’ em in. just nice to be out on the water again. used worms on bobbers, classic!
not gonna lie, it was rough out there with the heavy rain today. but still managed to land a couple of nice catfish. they were biting on cut bait pretty good. gotta say it was a struggle, but that’s fishing right?
