had a chill day on the lake. overcast, super pleasant temp! managed to catch a couple of smaller stripers, like 3 lbs or so. used some shiner minnows, they were kinda slow today but hey, better than work! got some nice photos tho, always good vibes
heavy rain today but we still hit the lake. caught 2 nice stripers, one was over 9 lbs! was using my favorite rattletrap and man did they go for it! wind was tough but we toughed it out. nothing beats catching big fish in the rain!
went fishin today, had some light rain but the stripers were active! caught 3, biggest was 7 lbs! switched to a heavier line ’cause the wind picked up later but they still bit! great way to spend a couple hours, love bein out there even if it’s drizzly
got out on the 15th, bit of rain now and then. managed to hook 5 stripers, all nice sizes around 6 lbs. used the ol’ trusty topwater lures, they went CRAZY for it! was super exciting with the drizzle, felt like fishin’ in paradise! can’t wait to go again!
weather was cloudy but it didn’t stop us! we hit the water and got lucky with 2 big stripers, one about 8 lbs! throwing jigs with some silver spoons, they were hittin real good! had a few more bites but missed em. still a great day!
