was out on butte des morts again, misty start but cleared up nicely. caught a nice 6 lb catfish right at sunset! used stink bait, they love that stuff! an incredible way to end the day!
cloudy day on the lake and caught a couple of smallmouth, about 3 lbs each. worked the drop shots in the deeper water and it paid off. water was really still, felt like the fish were just waitin to bite!
fished in the rain today, wow what an experience! got soaked but still pulled in 4 nice perch. the bite was good early on, rain slowed it down but stayed positive. sometimes the weather adds to the thrill, ya know?
went out today, chance of rain but we took our chances. managed to catch a really nice 5 lb walleye! felt like a fighter! used a crankbait, love those! wind was crazy tho, but worth it!
day 2 of fishing this overcast weather, and got lucky with a couple of nice bass, both close to 4 lbs! used a green worm and they were hittin like crazy! great time with my buddies, laughter and fish!
