had a fun day at lake austin today, slight rain but it felt nice. went for some bass and ended up catching a couple smaller ones. used a crankbait, and they were biting! just enough wind to keep the bugs away. can’t wait for the next trip!
fishing was pretty decent last week. the weather was warm and muggy at 29C. caught a couple nice channel cats and a few bluegills. used some live worms and bobbers. it was nice to relax out there, even got a bit sunburnt lol. bring on the summer!
what a day at the lake! overcast and cool. i hooked 3 solid bass, biggest was like 5.5 lbs. was using a green plastic worm, they couldn’t resist! felt so good reelin em in, this is why i love fishin. even saw a couple turtles chillin too!
went fishin again today, still rainy but i was feeling lucky. the fish were biting! caught 2 nice ones near the shore, one was a solid 6 lbs. used my trusty buzz bait, works like a charm. even got a lil thunder to spice things up. gonna keep this streak goin!
dude, it was a wet day yesterday. moderate rain the whole time. but i was determined! threw out the good ol’ spinner bait and finally hooked a nice 4 lb bass. gave me a good fight! soaked to the bone but totally worth it. next time, bring the rain gear!
