brought the kids out for a fishing day on another overcast day. didn’t catch much but they had a great time! saw a couple ducks and just chilled by the water. even though we didn’t haul in any big ones, it was fun just being there together
was out there in the morning again, rain came down but it was worth it! caught a 6lb pike and a ton of smaller perch. used a minnow rig setup, had a few close calls but i managed! the lake was alive despite the weather
today was pretty windy but i got skunked 🙁 tried my usual spots with no luck. the overcast skies made for a nice day, though. fished with a friend and we just enjoyed the scenery. next time i'll switch up my bait!
so another rainy day but i couldn't resist! hit the lake around 3pm and picked up a nice 3.5lb bass! used a spinnerbait and it was on fire! there were a few other brave souls out there too, we were all wet but happy 😂
fishing was decent today, felt a bit chilly with that overcast sky. managed to snag a nice 5lb largemouth on a green pumpkin senko. missed a couple bites but overall happy with the catch, planning to go again this weekend
