light mist lifting early morning, went out and got a couple of small trout. nothing big today, around 1 lb. but felt peaceful just being out there. kept it simple with a bobber and worm. might try again when it clears up!
yep, another rainy day at fontana. was out with some friends, didn’t catch much but the laughs were plenty. one of my buddies caught a decent 3lb bass on a worm rig, tho! guess we just have to try again when the sun shows up.

man, today was something else! torrential rain at fontana but i stayed patient and got a nice 5lb trout! used a spinning rod with a flashy lure and it worked magic. wet but happy, feels good to catch despite the weather!
a lil raindrops here and there today made it tricky but we still got some action. i tried some crankbaits and it paid off! hooked a nice 3 lb bass and lost a couple at the boat. all in all, not too shabby. gotta love that lake life.
