went again on the 24th, it was an overcast day. managed to catch a few smaller trout, nothing over 2 lbs tho. the wind was blowing a bit hard but we still had fun. sometimes just being out there is worth it!
18th was gorgeous, sunny and warm! hit the water around 8am, got several bites but only landed 1 bass, about 4 lbs. used a topwater lure, it was awesome seeing him jump! gotta go back for more!
fishing was real chill on the 16th, cloudy with a decent temp. caught a couple of catfish and a nice 3lb bass on spinnerbaits, wind picked up later but didn’t bother us too much. overall a good time!
had a perfect day on the 14th, partly cloudy but nice. got out early with my kiddo, we caught a bunch of smallmouth! nothing huge but a few 2-3 lbs. used live bait, they loved it! such a fun day!
if you wanna know, today was a sunny day at folsom. I caught my biggest bass yet, 5 lbs on a crankbait. was a bit windy tho, like 30km/h, but the fish were biting like crazy, had a blast!
