fished at fat nancy's today despite the rain. man, it poured for a bit but we pushed through it. got there around 6am and was surprised to see other brave souls out too. the temp was decent tho, about 25°C. used a couple of different lures but the white chatterbait was the star. managed to hook a few decent pike, biggest was around 5lbs. they were hiding near the weeds, so had to cast in and reel slow. wind picked up a bit but it felt kinda nice. ended the day soaked but stoked with a good catch. hope tomorrow's a bit drier!
