overcast again and it was chilly, only caught a couple of little guys today. I tried a new lure, a crankbait, but they weren’t feeling it. maybe better luck next time? just good to be out, catching some fresh air.
ugh more rain today! went out hoping for the best but it was rough! wind was crazy and we only pulled in a tiny catfish. i'm starting to think I shoulda stayed home but hey, at least we gave it a shot.
sunny and clear today, but the water was really cold! only caught a few small bluegills. used a bobber rig, think I'm gonna change up my bait next time to something more enticing. still nice to be out there though!
another dreary day on the lake, overcast and windy. didn't catch much, just a tiny bass that went back in the water. but it was chill being out there, sometimes ya just need that fishing time even if the fish ain't biting!
had kind of a slow day at the lake, mostly overcast which I thought was good for fishing. managed to squeak out a couple of perch but nothing big. used my trusty old spinner, def gonna try again when it's sunnier
