headed out to Delaney Buttes today, man what a cloudy morning! temp was perfect tho, around 24°C. got there just after sunrise, around 6 am. used my trusty spinning rod with a black and blue jig. hooked into a few trout, landed 4 in total, biggest was around 18 inches. wind picked up a bit but it was chill overall, felt like a good day. saw some people around me struggling, guess they were using the wrong bait. anyway, had a blast, can't wait to go back and try again soon!
