Dania Beach Pier Fishing Report

cloudy skies and high winds today, didn’t expect much but was surprised. caught a couple of mahi-mahi and lost a huge one at the side of the pier, ughhh! had a blast though, can’t complain!

today was nice but still overcast. fished with my buddy and we got a few jacks, really fun fight! the wind picked up a lil, but nothing we couldn’t handle. can’t beat the vibes of pier fishing!

overcast skies again but the fish were biting! pulled in some nice flounder and a couple catfish. used cut bait and for some reason, they were all over it. weather was decent despite the clouds, felt good!

fished in the overcast today, not too hot but a bit windy. got lucky with a few mackerel, they were biting early. tried some topwater plugs, they love em! can’t wait to grill em tonight.

man, today was a wet one! heavy rain made it hard but I snagged a nice barracuda. used a jigging spoon, perfect for the conditions. the pier was slippery tho, so watch your step! it was fun regardless!
