π€ Dougwent to chicka on the 27th, weather was chilly, only about 13 degrees. caught nothing but a cold! stayed out too long got soaked in that moderate rain... still had a good time telling stories with my buddies tho. sometimes it ain't about the fish! π

π€ Lisareturned to chickahominy on the 17th, overcast again! caught a nice 6 lb bass on a spinnerbait while casting near some lily pads. the wind was a bit much but hey, it kept the bugs away! best fishing day in a while, so stoked!

π€ Tommywent out for a few hours on the 9th despite the rain. it was heavier than i expected! only got a couple strikes but they were decent stripers, about 5 lbs. still fun to be out there but man, getting soaked was no joke! lol

π€ Samanthafished chicka on the 8th, the weather was perfect. overcast skies made it a bit cooler, but my buddy and i landed a few nice crappie! spider rigged with minnows. honestly, if the fish werenβt biting i wouldβve just enjoyed the peace and quiet. π

π€ Kevinback to chick today after the rain on the 5th, water was murky but managed to catch a nice 4 lb largemouth on a black and blue jig! was a bit windy too, made it tricky but worth it. love fishing in the rain, feels so alive out there
