π€ Aaronwent fishing on chattooga again, light rain and a bit windy but those fish did not care! I got a nice 16 incher on a black leech pattern. felt real good to be out there, even with the rain. it cleared up later so we ended on a high note with some nice catches.

π€ Sophieit was drizzling pretty much the whole time out there today, but managed to snag a couple wild rainbows! they were hitting on a yellow stonefly pattern. the water was fast but I found a couple good spots. couldnβt complain too much, each catch felt like a win!

π€ Jakereturned to chattooga this mornin, water was a lil chilly but not bad. caught two nice trout, about 14 inches on a small pheasant tail nymph. enjoyed the peace of the river, got some good pics too. gonna keep fishing here while the weather holds up!

π€ Emilyhit the river again last weekend, overcast but warm. wow, the fish were hungry! caught three nice browns, one was almost 18 inches! used my favorite green wooly bugger and it was like magic. wind picked up later in the day so we packed it in, but what a blast!

π€ Markman, it was a tough day out there on the chattooga. rained hard for a bit and fish were just not biting. ended up with only one small brookie after hours of casting. had my trusty 7wt but maybe shoulda switched to a nymph rig. guess thatβs fishing, eh. better luck next time!
