hit big lake again on the 26th, cloudy but warmed up some. caught a few nice perch, even a small 4lb walleye! using live bait and it worked wonders. good vibes all around, can’t wait to go back out! 🎉
overcast skies today, went back out on the 23rd. caught 4 crappies, all around 1-2 lbs. used a small jig under a bobber. quiet day but peaceful. love when it’s just me and the water, ya know?
whoo, what a storm on the 16th! decided to skip the trip, winds were too nuts and rain was relentless. stayed home, but can’t stop thinking about fishing...oh well, next time!
crazy day at big lake, pouring rain and wind was strong. still went out tho 😅. got soaked but hooked a nice 6lb catfish on a lipless crankbait. not the best conditions but sometimes the fish dont care! haha
man, heavy rain today. hit the lake in the afternoon despite the forecast. still managed to catch a couple bass, both around 4lbs, good fight! used some black and blue creature baits. wet but worth it! 🎣
