The final count is in for the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing. Today Capt. Ray did an outstanding job today filling in for Ryan. The total score was 112 nice fat yellows. ~~Good afternoon folks. Checking in hear from the bridge as we're departing on Dan Ranta's 1st Annual 5 day Charter. Dan took over for our long time passenger and charter master extraordinaire Mr. Eric Rogger. All of us here on the Supreme will certainly miss having him out on the water and being one of our favorite charter masters for over 30 years! Thanks so much Mr. Rogger! Dan joined us out here for his first time on the boat last year with a few of his fishing buddies and wasted no time taking over as charter head and filled the boat with an awesome group of anglers. We still have some veteran passengers still out with us like Tania Warner and her dad John as well as a lot new faces that we look forward to taking out fishing.
 We have Captain Tommy back at the helm so Drew can go spend a much needed 5 days with Kristin and his baby girl Sydney. And I can certainly not go without mentioning the we finally have back with us our Captain Tommie "Gunny" Miles. He's been missed, but now he's doing great, his health back in order and he says thanks to all of you that have wished him the best while he was recovering on his short hiatus.
 So here we go, great group, excellent weather heading south and ready for the games to begin! Tight lines and wind at our back! Check back in tomorrow.

Fishing yesterday was absolutely fantastic. The grade of albacore that we were catching was beautiful with half being 30-40 lbs. and the other half averaging 22 lbs. Weather yesterday and today is excellent. This morning we are already into albacore, blue fin and yellow fin. Looks like a another great day on the water. Polaris Supreme Trip Report 07-09-2016 Hello and good evening fisherman. Its not just a tough day for the Polaris Supreme but its a tough day for the fleet. We started our morning by slowly picking away at the yellowtail. It wasn't just tough to get bit but it was even harder to keep your fish from going into the nasty rocks. We then decided to switch to plan B and explore some uncharted waters for the rest of our day. We ended up bring aboard a handful of small yellowtail and dorado. We are now heading to an area where we will be targeting white seabass and premium sized yellowtail. We should be arriving there a few hours before gray light. Tight lines, Team Supreme

July 25
    A little bit of a slower day out here for us.
    
      We started our morning off all alone where we saw a few big schools late afternoon yesterday figuring we'd for sure be in them.  Un touched schools didn't make them bite any better.  We fished and caught a few in the same zoneish that we've been fishing before looking elsewhere for something fresh.  We ended right back where we'd been and saw the same thing.  Big schools that don't bite well.  We managed a few more of the 60-80 pound grade and a few handfuls of the 25-40 pound grade and some more 18-25 pound yellowfin before it got dark on us.  The weather all day was nice and we're headed back in now with fillet mignon coming up shortly. I hope I made this trip sound fun because that's what it was.  We were drifting 75 percent of the time with a chance any second for a bite. Thanks to Paul and the gang.  We always have fun together.
                            

 

Started where we found fish yesterday, it had slid up and out. Found big Bluefin right away, hooked one and lost is 15' from the gaff. Chased Yellowfin most of the day, managed only 2, but we were happy to capture those. Offshore again tommorrow and it's a new day!!
