hit up badin lake again, the rain was off and on but we found some sheltered spots. caught a few bass and they were biting pretty good. biggest was about 5lbs. got my new reel wet but so worth it!

man did it pour today! but we braved the storm and ended up with a couple of nice channel cats. used some stink bait and it worked wonders. wet but worth it y’all! can’t wait to fry them up!

ugh, rained all day at the lake. we tried anyway but only caught small bluegill. kinda depressing, but hey, at least we had some good burgers on the shore! silver linings and all that.

went fishing after the rain today, didn’t know what to expect. but OMG, landed a huge crappie! biggest one I’ve seen, maybe 2.5lbs? just used a simple jig. feeling super pumped! 🎣

finally had a sunny day on badin lake! was out at sunrise, caught a few nice bass using a buzzbait. one was almost 4lbs! missed a couple bites too tho... man that gets ya lol.
