Hello fishing friends,

We now have the Apollo in beautiful Santa Barbara for the rest of the spring. We are running two Berkley sponsored limited load overnight trips to the Channel Islands. The first trip will depart on Thursday night April 19th at 9 pm to fish on Friday April 20th. The second trip will depart at 9 pm on Thursday night May 17th to fish Friday May 18th. These trips will target Quality Rockfish, ling cod with the chance for some early season halibut or sea bass. Please come join us on the Apollo in Santa Barbara for some fun spring time fishing. Berkley will sponsor this trip and will be giving away swag on board. These ntrips are limited to 20 people and the cost is $185 per person. Please call Sea Landing at (805) 963-3564.

Greetings Apollo Anglers,

We have a two day charter that has one opening due to illness.

The two day trip departs Sept. 19 (Wed.).fishing September 20 & 21 (Thurs. & Fri.), This is an ultra limited load of 18 anglers that has fished together for over 10 years.

The cost of the trip is $600 per angler includes food and permits.

The Apollo has been getting bluefin, yellowfin, yellowtail, albacore and dorado.

We just departed on another 5-day. The bait isn't the best of the year by any means but it is what it is and we'll take it for what it is. We're heading straight for the albacore grounds for this afternoon and tomorrow and we'll take the trip from there. Check back.

Hello everyone Today we had a nice day of fishing. We were able to get a nice morning hit on these Bluefin Tuna. Today they were not only 20-40lbers. We hooked some larger models in the 80 lb range. We did not land them due to long battles on 20-25 lb test. At least we know they are here and ready to catch! We will be trying here tomorrow for one more day before the wind picks up. Fishing was slow today. We had a handful of fish weighing in at 70-170 lbs. We are going to make a move and go look for bigger and better. Weather is still beautiful. Dinner was a delicious saut?©ed veal cutlet, pasta and roasted fresh veggies.

Captain Mike Pritchard called in with an update from the Tribute. We are on a 2.5 day trip and we are having fantastic Yellowfin Tuna fishing conditions. We have just over 200 on board so far. It is greasy calm and HOT! We are hunting for Bluefin Tuna now ...

54 yellowtail 10 barracuda 10 calico bass 1 bonito. Beautiful weather and fun surface fishing. 25lb bait rod and a box of hooks is all you need.

Hello everyone, Had another exciting day of fishing here today. A lot of action, but we were able to be a little more selective today. We were able to catch some more Yellowtail, Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, Grouper, and Cabrilla. Another mixed bag day. Great action and variety for everyone. We will try for Yellowtail tomorrow, Team Supreme
