32 large bonito today. Weather is keeping us tied to the dock for a few days. Next available trip is Friday. Make those reservations.

Thursday, September 6th, 2012

Hi friends. Our final fishing day was spent pulling on big, beautiful yellowtail in the 18-25 lb. class with a couple of standouts here and there. These fish were hittin' on the yo-yo iron real nice and the guys are all worn out from all the crankin' they did today. It was a nice way to end the trip on a high note and at days end, we had to call it a trip and begin our trek back to San Diego. We'll be traveling all day tomorrow to arrive back to the docks on Saturday morning. The seas are beautiful at the moment and it's looking like we'll have more of the same for tomorrow. We'll report back with you tomorrow night.

Tuna fishing was good again today with nice quality tuna. We took off mid-day to hunt for some dorado and wahoo on kelps in the afternoon, but no luck. We will be on the Ridge tomorrow to sweep for wahoo. Our lunch today was an outstanding fresh tuna fillet with avocado, lettuce, tomato and wasabi sauce. We will update again tomorrow. We started in the rain, loading passengers and loading bait. Now we're full steam rolling down in nice weather. There is reports of bad weather down below but we're traveling the correct direction for it not to effect us. We hope this trip is in perfect time with the perfect weather. We'll most likely start the trip off with an afternoon of yellowtail fishing before we decide on where we're going from there.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 07-13-2016 Good evening readers! We departed on Archie Steele's annual five day fishing trip. We left the harbor with a beautiful load of mid size sardines. There are a couple anglers who are new to the Polaris Supreme and we are eager to show them the Supreme experience! We will be fishing for yellowtail early tomorrow morning. Hello Everyone, Today we had an nice hit on Wahoo. They were big beautiful fish. We managed to get everyone a Wahoo. Along with Wahoo we had some nice Dorado, Tuna, and even a Pargo mixed in. The conditions are really looking up around here! We will be working up trying for Yellowtail Tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme P.S.
