One of the things that makes these fish so special is the fact that they are challenging. Growing up in San Diego, I never would have thought it would be possible to catch a 100 pound tuna and sleep in your own bed. Today the special opportunity continued as we landed 3 bluefin. 2@ 75 lbs and 1 @ 156.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-17-2016 We got out today bright and early without a hitch and are rolling down south for eight days of we hope will be spectacular sportfishing! The group today is an open group of "The Usual Suspects" that takes this annual voyage south with us each year. Our bait looks just okay so far? Our weather is fantastic. We have gotten a full day in of eating, sleeping and rigging.Tune in here tomorrow and we will have an update on our travel down day. The Polaris supreme crew P.S. We have just put a 1 1/2 day trip online for next weekend. It will be leaving Sunday night at 6 PM and returning Tuesday morning at 6 AM. Fishing was slow today. We had a handful of fish weighing in at 70-170 lbs. We are going to make a move and go look for bigger and better. Weather is still beautiful. Dinner was a delicious saut?©ed veal cutlet, pasta and roasted fresh veggies.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 07-08-2016 Good evening folks, Polaris Supreme checking in. We had a fantastic day of yellowtail fishing! These larger size the yellowtail where biting everything from the dropper-loop and fly-line baits too yo-yo and surface iron jigs. It was definitely not a hard and get bit, unlike the last couple weeks. Many times throughout the day we had yellowtail boiling around the boat! We also caught a nice white seabass during one of the yellowtail flurries! Overall, it was a terrific day of fishing! We are now anchored up in an area where we have a great chance of catching white seabass, halibut and yellowtail throughout the night and early morning. Tomorrow, we will be spending our time in the same area in the hopes of duplicating the success we had today! Thanks for reading, Team Supreme

Saturday June 21 - Fishing today was great on the yellowtail. Just magnificent quality. We also topped off with catching and releasing 9 black sea bass and several larger ones that were loss. Our weather is also really good. Thanks for checking in. Tommy and crew

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-06-2019 The Polaris supreme departed today on Bill Stephens annual eight day trip. We got a nice early start and are hoping to arrive at our final destination in a few days bright and early. We have a great group of guys/and one girl heading south excited about the signs that Alec saw last trip on the simpatico trip. No pictures yet will save that for when we start catching something. Good evening guys and gals, This morning we departed on our annual Let's Talk Hook-Up 4 day. We were able to get off the dock early and fill our tanks with some really great looking sardines. Shortly after leaving the harbor we conducted our famous tackle and fishing seminar and got right to fishing! We had pretty spectacular afternoon filled with leaping Dorado and even some big bruiser yellowtail. We really could not have asked for a better first day of fishing! Everyone had a chance to pull on some fish, which was a great way to warm up for the fishing to come! We finished off the day with a beautiful Prime Rib dinner and got to bed early to be well rested for yellow fin fishing we will be doing tomorrow! Tight lines and depleting fish tags, Team Supreme
