heavy rain again at vedder, not ideal but still went out. no luck for me, just a couple bites but no hook-ups. my buddy got a big steelhead tho, about 10lbs! gotta try again soon, maybe better weather next time.
the vedder was pretty wild today, moderate rain but we pushed through! couldn't believe it, landed a nice 8lb chinook! used a pink and white spoon, got it right near some rocks. what a thrill!
fishing was tough today on vedder, moderate rain showers. i only landed one small salmon, but saw others catching some big ones downriver. good vibes tho, just hanging out with friends makes it worth it!
today was rough, heavy rain all day at vedder. only got one little trout, but it was still fun. my buddy used a spinner and caught a nice 5lb rainbow, made me jealous but happy for him!
hit the vedder again, patchy rain, typical BC weather lol. but got lucky and hooked 2 steelheads! used a float rig with roe, and they weren’t easy to reel in. heart was racing! awesome trip
