went to bow river on the 25th, finally sunny! nice day for fishing. caught 6 trout, biggest was 18 inches. used my trusty 6wt rod with nymphs. feels great to go home with a full cooler!
what a rainy day on the 23rd! caught a few small trout, but it was tough with the weather. still, had fun casting my fly rod. got soaked but who doesnt love a challenge? gotta keep going!
fished on the 11th, cloudy all day but had a blast! hooked up a big one, around 20 inches! using a sink tip line with streamers was the trick. weather started getting chilly but totally worth it for that fight!
hit the bow river on may 10th, overcast and a bit windy but who cares?! landed 4 nice browns, all around 16 inches. my fly rod was spot on today, used some woolly buggers. great day to be on the water!
went to the river on the 30th, cloudy skies made it kinda gloomy but I had a great time. I caught 5 rainbows, all around 14 inches. I was using a dry fly. great place to fish when the weather isn't too bad.
