Hello everyone, Today we wanted a Yellowtail topper, and a yellowtail topper we got! By no means wide open, but enough yellows to keep everyone busy for a half a day. The hot ticket was the famed blue and white 6x yo yo iron, tried and true for years and still holding strong today. All and all a nice day of yellowtail fishing to round out a great fall 7 day variety trip. It was really something catching Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, and Yellowtail all in one trip! Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, so after our great Yellowtail topper we pointed the boat northbound to San Diego. We are very far from home so we have another day of travel ahead of us tomorrow Another successful trip logged away here aboard Polaris Supreme! Will report again tomorrow, The Supreme Team. POLARIS SUPREME TRIP REPORT 08-30-2020 WE LEFT YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ON TOM CHAPARRO'S 3.5 DAY LIMITED TO 18 PASSENGER TRIP. GREAT BLUEFIN TUNA FISHING TODAY. 30 TO 40 POUNDS, FLAT CALM WEATHER. FISH WHERE CAUGHT ON 25 LB. DOING THIS AGAIN TOMORROW. IT WAS GREAT! THE POLARIS SUPREME CREW.

Good evening everyone, Today we spent the day, crimping, cutting, wiring, and simply enjoying the ride down the line. Sun in the sky, low winds, and great company. What more can you ask for! We have Wahoo in our sights for tomorrow morning and are making great speed traveling down. We should arrive early tomorrow morning to begin trying for these fish. The Apollo came back from a 5 day trip fishing Guadalupe with 12 anglers and caught 95 Yellofin Tuna up to 95 pounds and 58 Yellowtail. They have space available on their 8 day ultra light load trip departing 11/13/06. Give them a call to sign up! (619) 221-8500

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in tonight with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay. We had a couple good shots today. Our 25 anglers ended up with 20 Yellowtail and 20 Rockfish.

Come on out fishing we us now. We have been having light loads and the weather has been great.

Hello Supreme fans. We have finally hit our stride and started fishing.Unfortunately it happened to be right in the midst of some extremely tough fishing. Our first trip of the year was an Open party three day trip. We spent the three day searching the ocean for biting tuna as well as some inshore action. The tuna fishing was really slow but full of lots of spots of fish, and they were BIG. Bluefin well into the 150 lb class were around but not biting. We chipped away at some inshore fish and were able to put together a nice catch of quality Reds and Lingcod from the bottom. However the star of the show was hands down the jackpot fish. A 130lb Bluefin Tuna, a hard earned fish that ended in victory! These fish were big and did not make it easy to hook them or land them. Their size, abrasive teeth, and unwillingness to bite created quite the challenge.We did managed to hook 5 fish and only landed one. We are out on a two day after Independence day. Wish us Luck! Today capt. Ray went out with 46 passengers and caught. 8 yellowtail 3 lingcod 2 sheephead and 118 rockfish. The yellowtail are still around but they only got active for about an hour today. Cold water yellowtail can be very moody. Timing is everything when it comes to catching these 59 degree water fish.

POLARIS SUPREME TRIP REPORT 09-16-2020 We had a good morning on good grade tuna, spent mid day catching small to medium grade yellowtail and the afternoon scratching away at the good grade tuna. Our weather is a little windy today! We miss our calm seas! Trying for tuna tomorrow! The Polaris Supreme Crew! P.S. Sorry no tuna pics. too busy during the bite.
