Polaris Supreme Trip Update 09-28-2019 We had a nice day on the Wahoo with a few good grade tuna and a little grouper thrown in. The fishing started around 1 AM in the morning on mostly small yellowfin tuna and continued on until after daylight. Their is definitely a lot of pulling and jerkin going on with that small grade fish but not a lot of tagging for the amount of fish were landing. The weather has been giving us some serious grief. Last night it was up to and exceeding 20 kn. Mid day it slowed down to where we could troll around and it wasn't too bad but by sundown it was snorting again! It looks like we're going to have 2 to 3 more days of this. I guess this is us paying for those two beautiful days traveling down. It's not too bad on the anchor but trolling around isn't too fun early in the day and late in the afternoon. The guys are hanging in there and looking forward to tomorrow. The Polaris supreme crew!

Unbelievable visuals today as 30-80 lb bluefin devoured everything in their path ! A well placed popper or surface iron was the bait of the day. 21 bluefin Tuna 2 yellowtail.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 07-09-2016 Hello and good evening fisherman. Its not just a tough day for the Polaris Supreme but its a tough day for the fleet. We started our morning by slowly picking away at the yellowtail. It wasn't just tough to get bit but it was even harder to keep your fish from going into the nasty rocks. We then decided to switch to plan B and explore some uncharted waters for the rest of our day. We ended up bring aboard a handful of small yellowtail and dorado. We are now heading to an area where we will be targeting white seabass and premium sized yellowtail. We should be arriving there a few hours before gray light. Tight lines, Team Supreme

The guys have called in with 11 bluefin from 40-80 lbs for 24 anglers . They still have plenty of time to fish. Stay tuned.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-21-2016 For anyone that wants to go out and fish the local tuna outside San Diego that has been biting consistently we have a day and a half trip leaving on Sunday at 6 PM fishing Monday and coming back Tuesday morning at 6 AM. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, a good broken record, we had another great day of Wahoo fishing! It didn't stop there from dark on we had a great nighttime bite on Quality yellowtail, absolutely a beautiful grade. Talk about burning the candle at both ends of the stick! You guys leaving on the Ahi charter on the 22nd make sure you have plenty of the medium-size marauders in your tackle box. Not every day but some days the sharks are really really bad eating marauders and the Wahoo on the marauders. Anybody wanting to get in on some of the best action I've ever seen on these eight and 10 day trips we have openings on our limited load 10 day trip on November 22. Captain Ryan Bostian called in with an audio update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay. We have been fishing offshore for about a month now. Just recently we are seeing the fish starting to bite full speed. Today we have a rent rod charter with 100+ Yellowfin Tuna. Be sure to bring your 25 pound outfits and a 40 or 50 too. When the bite really good go heavier.
