The San Diego fisnished the day off with 158 yellowtail and 20 bonito.

Capt Mike Pritchard of the Tribute called in with a early morning update, they are off to a fantastic start to the day with over 50 Yellowfin on board already up to 30 pounds and some really nice Dorado. We are putting the Tuna to sleep here aboard the Polaris Supreme! Great grade again 60-110 lb fish. Big fish paired nicely with great weather. We are loving it!

Drew and the guys got in this morning off of Garth Kubeldis's Optima 1-1/2 day charter. They had a great catch for only 16 anglers fishing at 150 miles. The total was 39 bluefin, average weight being 29 lbs., 3 yellowfin, one being the jackpot fish at 35 lbs., and 11 yellowtail.

The POLARIS SUPREME is on line for an open party 2-day trip leaving Wednesday to target the bluefin again. At 10:00 am this morning one boat had just reached over 50 fish in the same area Drew was in and the rest of the fleet was heading that way. Hello everyone Today we had a nice day of fishing. We were able to get a nice morning hit on these Bluefin Tuna. Today they were not only 20-40lbers. We hooked some larger models in the 80 lb range. We did not land them due to long battles on 20-25 lb test. At least we know they are here and ready to catch! We will be trying here tomorrow for one more day before the wind picks up. Polaris Supreme Trip Update 12-05-2018

Tuna fishing this morning was excellent. We took off around 10 o'clock and did a tour of the South end of the island sightseeing. Yep that's right decided to go sightseeing. The guys and gals had a great morning and they've had several great days and of course we have tomorrow to fish for a full day. So we decided to show them some of the sites! That of course was easy and a great success. We anchored backup for the afternoon and scratched a few more fish before dark. Tomorrow will be our last day here at the island. Hoping for a big morning and then maybe go do some yellowtail fishing.
