Someone cant wait to sink his teeth into his delicious Dorado!

Archie digging right on in on his beautiful Dorado caught on a recent 6 day trip.
 

Yesterday we went out with 21 anglers. Final fish count for the day was. 2 lingcod 9 sheephead 67 red rockcod 132 miscellaneous rockfish. We fished deep water in the morning and shallow water in the afternoon. We are scheduled to fish everyday. Make those reservations and come join us.

POLARIS SUPREME TRIP REPORT 09-18-2020 Nice morning fishing 18 to 22 lb. Yellowtail in more great weather. We ended our fishing part of the trip just before lunch and will be traveling home all day tomorrow. The Polaris Supreme Crew!

Captain Ryan Bostian called in with a Coronado Islands Yellowtail update from The San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing. The fishing has been phenomenal. Today we had 45 passengers catch 195 Yellowtail. They are biting Surface Iron, Yo-yo Jigs, and Fly-lined sardines. We are fishing everyday. You will need your passport to go fishing at the Coronado Islands. We have had some great scores the past few days and conditions are HOT!

OK back to boat work! At this stage we are priming the deck and filling in the holes. Or I should say the Painters are.

Capt Mike Pritchard from the Tribute called in with another great fishing report, they have 90 Mixed Tuna 18 - 40 lbs and 35 Yellowtail. We still have lots of daylight left and are looking for more, we do some room on upcoming trips. Often times the very FIRST piece of the puzzle is the most difficult to locate. Today we stopped on multiple small schools of yellowtail that were surprisingly hard to hook. Full size yo-yo jigs on 40 lb mono produced the first 2 yellowtail of our season. We also spent a couple hours fishing the bottom to assure everyone had plenty of white meat. We’re hoping this is just the tip of the iceberg. Make those resos !

     Fishing on tuna started off good this morning and stayed that way till 11:00. Most of our catch came from one stop. From then on we where on the move to change our scenery. Weather is great and we can't wait to check out the sun coming up in a different place in the morning.
